A soundbar is your fix to constantly needing to adjust the volume every few minutes.

Heads up, folks. A couple of Vizio sounds bars are on sale at Target right now. The V-Series 5.1 is down from $250 to $200 while the 2.1 is down from $190 to $150. Why you should care about getting a sound bar? Happy to go over it with you. See V-Series 2.1 Soundbar at Target See V-Series 5.1 Soundbar at Target Movies and show just aren’t properly sound mixed for standard home viewing. This is an unfortunate truth. If you try to watch Furiosa on an out-of-the-box TV, no matter how expensive and nice it is, you’re gonna be in for a bad time. You’ll need to keep that remote on standby to turn up the volume anytime someone opens their mouth, and then rush to get it back down before the next car explodes—waking your neighbors. To compensate, if you’re like me, you probably find yourself turning on subtitles. I understand some folks prefer them on in any situation and of course there are those that require them for accessibility reasons, but if I’m just watching alone I’d rather not have leave them on if I can help it. Enter the soundbar! Soundbars are absolutely wonderful. Not only do they resolve the issues we just discussed, but you’re in for a much more immersive viewing of your favorite films and series. Surround sound is what turns your living room into a home theater. Sound levels can be adjusted with incredible precision, turning up or down the bass, treble, and what not. You can rebalance each channel. I’ve pumped up the center channel on mine a few levels from the default (that’s where the dialogue usually comes from). The two Vizio soundbars are a terrific, affordable option to upgrade your entertainment center. The V-Series 2.1 offers two powerful full-range speakers. It has HDMI passthrough for whatever you hook up to it, supporting 4K HDR content with Dolby Audio. The virtualized 3D surround sound is practically as good as the real thing. It also comes with a 5″ subwoofer to add a deep booming bass. It supports voice assistant input, so you can do things like control the volume or mute with Alexa, Siri, or Google Assistant. There is also a specific mode you can turn on, Dialogue EQ, for enhanced, calibrated, crisp and clear dialogue. The manufacturer knew exactly what they were doing with that feature. For the V -Series 5.1, you’ll get all of what you get with the 2.1, but the sound bar will have three speakers built-in instead of two, and you’ll also get two low-profile surround sound speakers for complete immersion. The Vizio V-Series 2.1 soundbar is 21% off at $150 while the 5.1 soundbar is 20% off sitting at $200. Get yours today.
