Sinners‘ Stunning First Trailer Emerges From the Shadows

The first trailer—and first look, full stop—at the newly titled Ryan Coogler and Michael B. Jordan vampire movie has finally arrived; Sinners drops March 7, 2025.

Full Article

A new Ryan Coogler movie is an event no matter who it stars or what it’s about—but the Black Panther director‘s latest project both re-teams him with Michael B. Jordan (Fruitvale Station, Creed, Black Panther, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever) and has been shrouded in tantalizing mystery since it was announced, with rumblings that it was a period vampire movie building excitement almost as much as its staggeringly good cast. At last, we have a title—Sinners, announced just yesterday by Warner Bros.—and a first trailer for our hungry eyes. Or should that be bloodthirsty eyes? Take a look: Sinners stars Jordan as two twin brothers, who try to turn their troubled lives around by returning to their home town for a fresh start. Unfortunately for them however, what they find coming back home is something far worse–and far more deadly–than anything they’ve seen before. Alongside Jordan, Sinners stars veteran actor Delroy Lindo as well as Wunmi Mosaku (Deadpool & Wolverine), Jayme Lawson (The Penguin), Hailee Steinfeld (Spider-Man: Beyond the SpiderVerse), Jack O’Connell, Omar Benson Miller, Li Jun Li, Lola Kirke, and more. The movie is due out March 7, 2025. Want more io9 news?
